I need help with NetBattle

I just downloaded netbattle.. and installed it too. Just when I clicked on the icon, I got an error saying the file is missing or corrupted. So I tried uninstalling it and redownloaded.. but it still says that. Please help me out here =( what to do and how to play netbattle.
