YES. There is this thing called an action replay. then do a google search on "pokemon RSE AR shiny cheats." Technically no though, there is no such thing as a shiny pokemon. Why? It is an ALTERNATLY COLORED pokÉmon.

I know a perfectly legitimate way to get a shiney faster. It's just three steps:

1. Encounter a wild Pokemon.
2. If it's shiney, catch it.
3. If it isn't, repeat step one.
