9. Q: How do I trade with FR/LG?

A: You need to beat the E4 and get the National Dex in Emerald, and in FR/LG you need to do the same, plus fix Celio’s Network Machine.

yea you need to defeat the elite four in emerald to get the national dex and in fr/lg you must get the national dex but to get the national dex in fr/lg you must catch at least 60 pokemon and then talk to prof.oak and you must get ruby and sapphire gem and give it to celio in one island...
