I need to quickly attack ev train

This is for fire red version only. I need an efficient way to attack ev train my beloved larvitar. Thanks for your help.

Paras give 1 attack EV point each.They are very common at the bottom of Mt. Moon.

In Fuschia City, next to the house of the man that gives you a rod, there's water. Surf or fish there and you'll find lots of Goldeens and Seakings. And before you ask, no, they don't have water moves. So they haven't got any super-effective move against Larvitar, I think.

You can also try to defeat Paras, as pikachu146 said.
