give it a bit more hp to make counter more effective, iirc 204 HP EVs give it max lefties recovery, so you might as well use 204 HP EVs on it.

Um, no. You have already got Dugtrio to take out Heracross, so I'd recommend Surf or Rest over HP Flying.

EVs seem a bit random. ALWAYS max out HP (or at least give it 240 HP EVs) before splitting defenses, as HP EVs give it more physical and special resistance, than giving it the same amount of EVs in the defenses would. Also note that Giga Drain has got a shitty PP, so I'd suggest HP Grass over it, if you really need to use a grass move on Celebi. CM usually does a better job in that slot, though.

Sub is for checking, if the opponent sends in Magneton, I assume, but seriously, you can just predict the Maggy switch-in and EQ it (not to mention that you also have Dugtrio). So in other words, HP Bug/Explosion/Reflect/Light Screen/Rest/[insert other useful move here] would be better over Sub.

Overall the team is quite balanced, can't see any glaring weaks.

Anyway I prefer Immunity on lax>Thick Fat.

Also may want HP Grass>Giga Drain for Celebi because of PP reasons. Also I'd suggest Calm mind>Psychic/Giga Drain or even leech seed :/ Or make it a BPer so it can pass some calm minds to zappy.
