i prefer sub>twave on jolt tbh; stalk regice i like better as well. thunder>bolt for para and more damage imo. flamethrower/fireblast are options over WOW, as no physical poke will switch in unless they have guts and/or stalk. jolly and timid aero/jolt are lol, addy aero and modest jolt. give jolt around ~250 SpDef to take HP:Grass/Ice from Zapdos while you have sub up and it won't break

With Fire Blast, I'll probably need in Relaxed nature.

I truely did consider Thunder on Regice, but I usually don't have much luck with moves with <85% accuracy.

Edit:, I think I may drop STalk Metagross, change Regice to STalk version and put Gengar on their. Spikes gives me problems, and I need something better to hand Swampert with.

Sub/Giga Drain/Fire Punch/FP is what I have in mind. I've used it before, it worked wonders.

BTW, Calm with 252 Def EVs gives you 299 Def stat...
