Max the tempo of the 9 chambers

Mekkaku soniku. You know the purification chamber. The tempo in each chamber must be all the way up. Then put shadow Lugia in one of the chambers and it the heart guage will go all the way down instantly.

Umm.. first catch the Lugia, then you have to fill up all 9 places the in purfying chamber .. the put Lugia in anyone and it will automatically purify

I think you have to have hall of fame data on your Leaf Green version. Its a drag isnt it.
