I would suggest
to maybe try to get a gengar w/better nature(modest/timid), to let him get to use his sp. sweeping better..

slaking is the only pkmn good w/EQ 'cause of his ability, truant..

also notice that you have only sweepers on your team. I would have included a tanker/baton passer/annoyer or two.(dusclops, blissey, umbreon, suicune, crobat, steelix, jolteon, or maybe one of the regi's..
