Brick break is for those that die easily with it, and those that are going to hit heracross directly whereas FP is for switches/predicted stat upping moves done by the opponent.

Oh right, this is in-game ._.;

FP shouldn't be used in-game really.

Of course, there is the chance of something falling asleep InGame, but even then it's not worth using FP.
