Are you even properly leveled ? One thing many people do is thinking Togekiss seems like a good option but all Cynthia have a poison move, Milotic has Ice Beam and a powerful recovery ability and Lucario counter has Metal Claw. All of them can counter Togekiss. Spiritomb is the exception he is the weakest member on her team. And they all have perfected stats.

Garchomp seems unfair that it has Poison type in all of the Sinnoh games, and easily outspeeds 97% of all pokemon in the game.
I gave up on her myself. I don't like wasting hours creating a whole team and leveling everything up to level 60+ that needs to survive the Elite 4 her. She is literally a high school exam.

What team are you using because it could help people help you out if you tell what the members of your team are, along with their levels and abilities and stats and maybe even their hold items and nature.

Do you have Manaphy? After beating Roserade, try using Tail Glow a few times to max out it’s Special Attack.

I think the game has a very strong Jirachi gift in it. (not sure if it is from a a sword save file bonus) But it levels up very slowly.

For me i can remember having Infernape, Gardevoir Garchomp Togekiss, Dialga and i don't remember the last ones.It was wiped after my last save file. Importing a Suicune could be a powerful Ice Beam user. That is if you have Suicune from Dynamax Adventures if you have all of the Sword and Shield dlc.

I think i was on Crasher Wake last time. Mew from my very first play is in now in my Violet game after (from my very first save from a Lets Go Eevee file bonus) I sold it with my switch lite.

I'm sorry but are you really that under-leveled? When I played these games my main team of Pokemon were all in the mid 80s or low 90s by the time I faced Cynthia, and that was just from regular grinding in the Grand Underground, which didn't take more than a couple of weeks from regular gameplay. If you've had these games since they launched then you should've hit Lv 100 ages ago. How do you still get creamed by Cynthia...?

If you ever do beat the Elite Four then may I suggest not challenging the Gyms in rematches, because if you think Cynthia is a problem then you don't wanna deal with the Gym Leaders and their Lv 70ish Pokemon with perfect movesets and held items.

infernape lvl 66 Flame wheel, power up punch, ember, and fire spin. it’s jolly by nature

Staraptor lvl 62 Aerial ace, Endeavor, Take down Brave bird. Brave by nature

Luxray lvl 63 Spark, thunder wave, thunder shock, crunch. Quiet by nature

Machoke lvl 61 Rock side, cross chop, strength, revenge. Hardy by nature

Kricketune lvl 59 Cut, X scissor, night slash, sing. timid by nature

Absol lvl 58 Charge beam, Strength, Night slash, Rock Smash. Gentle by nature.

I was trying to level up more but the leveling up process keeps taking so long so i kinda gave up. Most of my pokemon are level 59-66.

yes but it’s still in its egg form cuz i kept it in the box.

A few things that immediately stand out to me. But these are just my opinions it's entirely up to you

Infernape- I'd replace Ember and Fire Spin Given that your infernape is Jolly then I'd replace that with Flare Blitz and Close Combat or a Physical coverage option. I'd prbably also look at replacing Flame Wheel again as that has low power (again something strong like a coverage move or the above options)

Staraptor-One of it's best moves is Close Combat so I'd probably have that over Endeavor (or take down). I'd also consider aerial ace as while it's accuracy is useful sometimes it's better to have something that hits harder.

Luxray- Need to replace thundershock. Even Discharge would be step up for that of some other cover

Machoke- Not too bad but if you have legends arceus you could evolve it using the linking cord or if something you know will help you evolve it. Also depends on what your ability is for Machoke. If it isn't no guard it might be worth replacing Cross chop as it can miss a lot (though if you have no-guard that's fine). Also I'd probably consider replacing strength and then pick up knock off if you can as that will help you more and allow you to remove the items.

Kricketune- Your moveset isn't too bad but timid kinda hurts most of its moves. Plus Krickitune is hard to win with (not impossible but hard) at its stats are really low. Personally I'd go to wayward cave and train up a Gible to Garchomp but if you want a Bug type you might have more luck with Heracross. Probably worth replacing cut if you really want Krickitune.

Absol- Probably worth looking at charge beam as you do have an electric type and how much you are getting from Rock Smash (they are good coverage options but there may be other options) . Absol does get some interesting moves like Perish song to wipe out things that you are struggle to do with brute force. Sucker Punch for faster foes or Swords dance to make you hit a lot harder.

To sum it up part of why you are struggling is that considering the strength of the elite 4 some of the movepool needs an upgrade. Also I think you need to overlevel Cynthia so I'd get your entire team to above level 66 . Also make sure your entire team are holding useful items if not already done so. The Elite 4's the BDSP one is very tough if you aren't prepared and there is a massive jump from the final gym battle so it probably will take some grinding.

Yeah I can see why you're having some trouble. Your Infernape knowing 3 Fire-type moves when one is plenty, for example. Seconding what Luthor said by giving it some physical coverage as well as Flare Blitz and Close Combat for physical STAB. Maybe Ice Punch and Rock Slide? IIrc Ice Punch is a tutor move in Legends Arceus.
Similarly for Luxray I'd give it Ice Fang for coverage. Discharge, Thunderbolt or even Thunder Fang alone would be better than three seperate Electric-type attacks.
For Staraptor I'd replace Aerial Ace and Take Down with Roost and Steel Wing. Could also hold some Leftovers or Sitrus Berries for more recovery. achoke is in need of evolving. If you don't have PLA it might be good to visit the quick trade thread.
Absol doesn't need Charge Beam nor the two HMs. I'd suggest giving it Swords Dance to increase its Attack and X-Scissor/Shadow Claw for coverage. And maybe Perish Song to try and faint Cynthia's Garchomp without directly fighting it?
Imo if you're wanting a Bug-type Heracross is the way to go. Better stats and has a wider movepool than Kricketune. Also you're very much in need of a sixth member. I'd like to suggest an Ice-Type for Garchomp and Togekiss, maybe Mamoswine or Froslass assuming you have the national dex? Weavile is a nice, fast choice as well.

Changes to make:
infernape lvl 66 Flame wheel, power up punch, ember, and fire spin. it’s jolly by nature
You should remove ember and fire spin. No starter should have ember, ever. I think somebody else already said this, but Close Combat and Flare Blitz would be good options.
Staraptor lvl 62 Aerial ace, Endeavor, Take down Brave bird. Brave by nature
Decent, but yeah Close Combat is needed. You could also get an item like the Choice Scarf to one shot things and quickly get rid of some of her mons.
Luxray lvl 63 Spark, thunder wave, thunder shock, crunch. Quiet by nature
Thunder shock is crazy; any electric move would do better. Same with spark. At that point have thunder fang and nuzzle.
Machoke lvl 61 Rock side, cross chop, strength, revenge. Hardy by nature
It would be nice to evolve this guy, but that can be hard without a linking cable or a reliable friend. If it has no guard, you should add Fissure or something lol.
Kricketune lvl 59 Cut, X scissor, night slash, sing. timid by nature
Why. why why why. Kricketune is legitimately the worst Sinnoh Pokemon, perhaps the worst bug type of all time (could be ledian though.) Instead, replace this Pokemon with something stronger like Gyarados, which could take care of your ground weakness in Infernape and Luxray (also almost every Pokemon on this team can be easily earthquaked by Garchomp which isn't good), Heracross, which is a much better bug type, or Snorlax (reliable wall with high damage and a good tanky switch-in for healing.)
Absol lvl 58 Charge beam, Strength, Night slash, Rock Smash. Gentle by nature.
I honestly don't know about Absol since I've never used once and don't know Absol's strengths.
