i think my pikachu is unusual.

i found a male pikachu in the safari zone, the first on i came across, and caught it on the first try. i nicknamed it sparky, fineshed up my safari time and thought "oh boy! a pikachu! i am going to make this my team backup!" not realizing its stats. i checked it in the pc, pulled it out, and it was holding a lightball. now i am like "teh OMG!11 a pikachu with lightball!11" but still havent checked its stat growth. so, i decide to check its summary...my jaw dropped! its base stats were

hp: 72
atk: 52
def:27
sp.atk:48
sp.def:26
spd: 58

is that normal?!?!

No, it's perfectly normal. Pokemon have different IV's and Natures that influence stats.
edit: Your pika is fine. I just looked in my box at 13 pikachus that I caught in SZ when I looked for a Light Ball. Yours is about average.

Those aren't its base stats. ._.; Those are just it's plain stats. It's normal.
