I don´t really know. I soft resetted in order to get a shiny beldrum many times without luck...other than that...nothing big.

~10 in pearl. none in the other version. thanks to pokerus/the new items it isn´t hard or that annoying anymore.

My longest time is about 300 hours in pearl. second is 270 in Sapphire.

I don't know how many times I had to soft reset though, must've been... 150+, I can't be sure. That's the only time I've done it.
