I was losing a lot lately. Here's the standard team I've been using for weeks after getting Platinum. Please rate :)

[img200]http://www.arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/gliscor.png[/img200]

Gliscor @ Yache Berry.
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -Sp.Atk)
Trait: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 Atk, 252, Spd, 2 HP, 2 Def, 2 Sp.Def
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- U-Turn

It's basically my lead. It sets up Stealth Rock, and either uses Earthquake to wear down notable leads like Infernape and Metagross, or uses Roost to shrug off any damage done by lead Ice-types like Weavile, and U-Turn away from something that resists Earthquake, like Azelf.

[img200]http://www.arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/heatran.png[/img200]

Heatran @ Leftovers
Modest Nature (+Sp.Atk, -Atk.)
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP, 222 Sp.Def, 36 Sp.Atk
- Will-O-Wisp
- Subsitute
- Earth Power
- Flamethrower

It's my Physical Attacker crippler. Nice name, lol. Yeah, it basically uses WoW on things like Garchomp and Salamence, and before doing that, uses Substitute to try and survive an Earthquake. Flamethrower for STAB, and Earth Power to kill opposing Fire-types that resist both of Heatran's Fire-type moves.

[img200]http://www.arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/empoleon.png[/img200]

Empoleon @ Choice Specs
Modest Nature (+Sp.Atk, -Atk.)
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk, 252 HP, 4 Spd.
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power (Electric)

Choice Specs Sweeper. Surf is for STAB, and kills opposing Ground-types like Hippowdon and Rock-types like Tyranitar. Ice Beam leaves a dent in Dragon and Flying-types like Salamence and Gliscor. Grass Knot to take down Bulky Waters the likes of Swampert and Suicune, and HP (Electric) to take down Gyarados, which has the defenses and resists Surf, and takes neutral damage from Ice Beam and Grass Knot.

[img200]http://www.arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/flygon.png[/img200]

Flygon @ Life Orb
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -Sp.Atk)
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk, 218 Spd, 40 HP
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Claw

Life Orb Physical Sweeper. Earthquake is for STAB, while Roost shrugs off any recoil taken from Life Orb, and can heal Flygon if hit with an attack that scored a critical hit on it. Stone Edge to take down Flying-types and Ice-types, who take no damage and take neutral damage from Earthquake, respectively. Dragon Claw is for STAB and to kill opposing Dragon-types.
I still wish Garchomp was in OU again :(

[img200]http://www.arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/cresselia.png[/img200]

Cresselia @ Light Clay
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP, 60 Def, 60 Sp.Def, 138 Spd
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Lunar Dance
- Thunder Wave

This set is purely support. Reflect for Physical Attacks, and Light Screen for Special Attacks. This set is also mostly used after Gliscor sets up or dies. Lunar Dance to pass on to Flygon or Empoleon. Thunder Wave to cripple fast things like Weavile and Azelf. It will give benefits to Heracross, though, which can be a problem if up against Cressy. Light Clay for maximum 8 turns for the screens.

[img200]http://www.arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/togekiss.png[/img200]

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Calm Nature (+Sp.Def, -Atk)
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Spd, 6 Def
- Thunder Wave
- Air Slash
- Roost
- Aura Sphere

Very standard Togekiss. Thunder Wave to paralyze and Air Slash to achieve a 60% flinch rate, making the opponent have 30% chance to attack, which completely cripples it. Roost to shrug off damage from things like a Thunderbolt, if it can, and remove it's Flying-type for one turn. Aura Sphere to dent Steel and Rock-types, as well as 4x damage on Weavile.

I'm thinking of replacing Flygon, since Ice-types are taunting me so. What do you guys think?

needs some work, i'd scrap Cresselia and Heatran if you're gonna be serious, there are better pokemon to fill Empoleon's position too.

The Heatran is a problem, even after a sub, they'll try and attack you leaving you wide open and a waste. Heatran shouldn't be a supporter just because he would die to almost any ground type move.

If you still want it, put in a Choice Scarf if all you want is a crippler then switch out to something like Cress, Flygon or Gliscor to take the Earthquake. Since ou already have Togekiss and Cress, 2 of the most annoying annoyers, the Heatran idea could be scraped altogether go for this:

Heatran @ Leftovers
Modest
228 HP / 252 SpA / 30 Spe
-Taunt
-Metal Sound
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power

I dont know what suite you better but you could replace flamethrower for fire blast...And Will-O-Wisp for something like Dragon Pulse or Hp:Grass/Ice

Just give Choice Scarf on flygon and you will be fine. I will rate more l8ter.

What do you propose for Heatran and Empoleon? I'm really attached to my Cressy for some reason...hehe...

The Heatran is a problem, even after a sub, they'll try and attack you leaving you wide open and a waste. Heatran shouldn't be a supporter just because he would die to almost any ground type move.

Thanks! I'll try this one out. And is my Cresselia any good?

Drybones446

That Photography Guy
You could try a boosting tank Cresselia set.

Also, Gyarados or Salamence makes a good alternative to Flygon. Their respective Dragon Dance sets are threatening once they set up.

Ok putting 2 EVs in a stat is pointless as it takes 4 EVs to contribute to 1 stat point.
I also don't get what's with Gliscor's majorly offensive EV spread.

Heatran shouldn't be a supporter just because he would die to almost any ground type move.

stupid comment is stupid.
do you realise the plethora of useful resistances Heatran gets?
Couple that with well above-par defences, and access to Will-o-wisp, Sub, Toxic and Stealth Rock.
Yeah.

Also incidentally, Metal Sound Heatran does not require 252 SpAtk.

Isn't Lunar Dance pretty poor on Cresselia?
If you msut use Screens stick Moonlight > Lunar Dance, although this will be hindered by the ever prevalent Sandstorm.
So RestTalk can work, but you can't really use that in tandem with Reflect / Thunder Wave.
Also what's going on with that EV spread? Ditch all the Spd.
Giving Cress Charge Beam or even just a healing move will stop your Starmie problem.
