Ice beam

Ok I want to teach my sucune ice beam but sucune doesnt learn it natually
so I need a TM or something but I cant find one so can you guys help me
fiqure out this out?

In G/S/C, Ice beam is a move taught to u by the move tutor after u beat all 16 gyms and the elite four.

That's not true. Only in Crystal is there a move tutor. If you have Gold or Silver only, tough luck, as it cannot be gotten in both earlier versions

In G/S/C, Ice beam is a move taught to u by the move tutor after u beat all 16 gyms and the elite four.

You don't have to beat all sixteen gyms, only the elite four.

And the move tutor is found right in front of the Goldenrod City game corner on Wednesdays and Saturdays. He can teach you Ice beam, as well as Flamethrower and thunderbolt for 4000 game corner coins. However, you can only learn one move a day.
