Regice- Thunder Wave is an option. Needs a lot less Sattk. ~270 is enough. Needs a ton more hp.

Snorlax- Needs more Sdef.

Tyranitar- Adamant nature and taunt over BB.

Aerodactyl weakness, especially since Dugtrio is 2HKOed by Rock Slide... Heracross says hi as well.

Spikes rape this team as well, and with no reliable way to kill the spiker.

If you need mence to counter hera, then i´d go with DDmence. CBmence doesn´t have the leftovers recovery/HP EVs to switch in Megahorns forever. DDmence is more durable and an awesome late-game sweeper

I'd recommend DDmence. Of course I've never tried CBmence before. With a boost in attack and speed, however, Sala has a lot of potential to pawn. You could also try Ninjask. Baton Pass high speed and attack to a physical sweeper like Salamence.

Mence is a piece of **** at DD, it gets switched countless
and only when is about to end anyway can you use it, which CB mence
can finish off just as well, you have that tyranitar to DD and if for some crazy reason you want a 2nd one use Nite or Gyrados.

Usually teams have a Bulky water to stop things common CBs like dragons and gross or a good gross might just bash up this team..

DD Mence is THE BEST late game finisher in the game, hands down

CB mence is only better at doing damage straight away
