Ice Pokémon Face-off v3

Ice Pokémon Face-Off
third incarnation

Here in the third Ice Face-Off, things promise to be done in a manner not seen before. Instead of the lackluster hurt/heal, and complicated experiment and pillar voting methods, this offers a great alternative.

The New Voting Method:

Can be known as "Nv" voting, in shorthand. The basic principles incorporate elements from all previous voting styles. Each Pokémon will begin with 20 points. Once a Pokémon reaches 40 points, it will move on. Once a Pokémon reaches 0 points, it is eliminated.
*Note: Revamped to Nv Voting 1.3 for Group D.

Nv 1.3 said:
Black Point: -2, but +1 the next 2 posts.
Red Point: -1
Silver Point: +1
Gold Point: +2, but -1 the next 2 posts.
Platinum Point: +3, single-use.
Plague Point: -1 every two posts. Can be used once per Pokémon.
Move on: 40 Points.
//Nv Voting 1.3

Nv 1.2 said:
Red Point: -1
Black Point: -2
Platinum Point: +2, single-use.
Gold Point: +2, -1 for 2 posts afterward.
Silver Point: +1
Plague Point: -1 every 2 votes; single-use.

Once a Pokémon reaches 40 points, it moves on.

If a Pokémon reaches 50 Points, it moves on.

Ice Pokémon Face-Off Rules
1. Serebiiforums.com Face-Offs Rules (refer to here)
2. Always be courteous towards your peers. Show respect, as anger and spite will not be tolerated here.
3. Refer to this first post before you post, in order to check the current round. Anything outside of this will be treated as spam and will warrant a warning. If done three times, it will warrant a one-week ban. Four times will warrant a full ban.
4. Refer to the Face-Off Glossary to understand what is being said. Often times, it will be hard to understand.
5. Voting will be once per thirty seconds, while in the new voting method. While in basic voting method, voting will be once per hour. Double-posting is absolutely forbidden. If the next round has not begun, wait. Patience, use the force. Think.
6. While in basic voting method, the first Pokémon to reach twenty (20) votes wins.
7. E-voting (that is, voting multiple times using edits) is forbidden. This becomes tedious for tallyists, and in many cases avoids the double-posting rule.
8. As for tallyists, I shall need none unless I state otherwise. If I see someone qualified to be a tallyist/co-owner, I may contact them to become one.

In this round, every Ice Pokémon from all regions will be broken into groups and faced off in those groups. There will be two advancing from each group. If all but two candidates are eliminated, and no (or only one) has reached 40 points, the remaining candidate will move on. The following are the groups,

Group A
Articuno
Smoochum
Lapras
Regice
Walrein

Group B
Yukinooh
Spheal
Yukikaburi
Snorunt

Group C
Manmuu
Delibird
Weavile
Jynx

Group D
Glalie
Glacia
Piloswine
Cloyster
Dewgong

Group E
Yukimenoko
Sealeo
Swinub
Sneasel

Facing off Group D, currently.

Eliminations: NONE
Moving On: NONE

Red Point Smoochum.

Gold Point gives a quick boost that deteriorates. It's better for desperation and tight races. Silver and Red are aimed to be the main methods.
