Maybe if two people have the same ID number, the word to make Walda laugh and the hip thing to catch Feebas can be the same.
So, if someones ID is 12345 and said eg. Mudkip Ball and caught Feebas, the other player with ID 12345 says Mudkip Ball too, he will catch Feebas in the same spot.
Can this be true?

Well, it depends on which IDno the game goes off of. If it goes off your visible IDno, then yes it would work. If it goes off of your secret IDno or both, then it would not work.
EDIT: Oh, wait, I misunderstood the question. It wouldn't work no matter what ID it went off of, for the reason that MetalMario said.

About the Trendy Phrase for finding Feebas: no. The Feebas cell locations are shuffled each time the Trendy Phrase is changed (either automatically or by you). They have nothing to do with the phrase itself.
