It may look like BS, but I'm trying to get one and test it before I put it onto my Fun Sets list. I didn't want to put Return on it, but people would b**** and moan about it not having an offensive move on it :/

What do you think?

Interesting... well I don't think BP'ing a Sub. from Delcatty's going to be too useful given its average HP, and of course, Wish/Safeguard don't need BP.
I'd say maybe give it a Salac Berry, Calm Mind, and Wish and then pass the Calm Minds and the Salac boost once it kicks in...(shouldn't take too long given its low Def/Sp.Def lol)

I actually don't know where to put Wish/Substitute since Delcatty needs Calm Mind and Bolt-Beaming,and Baton Pass is a must on Delcatty.

I was always planning on breeding for a Flawless Sp.Attack/Speed Timid Skitty,but I don't have the time,since I have to breed for good Pokemon for the Battle Frontier and Diamond/Pearl Wi-Fi Battling needs(When D/P comes out).

The only thing you should fear is Lanturn,but that's why Delcatty has Baton Pass.
You could put the rest in Sp.Attack or maybe HP.

Depends dude...she has poor defense so using sub just to waist hp and then take a hit making subs go away is kinda a waste.

This is ingame; you shouldn't worry about hits. But I wouldn't use Sub.
