Yeah! Wooby and Licky could get evos, so in the anime Jessie would change her Licky back and say goodbye to that annoying Wobby! =P

Wobbuffet has the stats to evolve. If they do something about Encore and Shadow Tag, I think it should evolve. I think there should be a Grass/Fire Pokemon with Drought or Chlorophyll with 79HP, 83 Attack, 81 Defense, 105 Special Attack, 93 Special Defense and 90 Speed.
A fighting / psychic Pokémon which is a small black thing with short legs and detatched fists like Rayman and it has a large eye covering it's whole face.
It has spikey hair
I've never thought of using Rayman as inspiration... but it's not a bad idea. It'd be a similar concept to haunter, right?

Ditto shouldn't get an evo because no one uses it and if it were to evolve, it would still do the same thing. Also it would basically look the same.

I like the ice/dragon pokemn idea. I think it should be a comet dragon. Although it might look kind of weird.

It would probably be water or water/normal.
Not neccessarily; there might be more to it. Ditto could gain the ability to-
Transform into the pokemon permanently
Change it's characteristics into the pokemon's type permanently
Copy/add all the pokemon's stats to Ditto temporarily
Embed 1 stat into Ditto's stats(like Attack, Defense, etc)
The Porygon Conversion move
Variations of copying pokemon moves, like Sketch, Mimic, and Sketch2
Copy the pokemon's stats to Ditto permanently.
Auto-Transform ability.
Good Ole Deoxys-ish forms(Ditto is a DNA pokemon)
Absorb the Life force out of other pokemon, like an amoeba or virus(A protoplasm)
They should do with Heracross/Scizor/Pinsir with what they did with the Hitmons, link them with a pre-evo. Tauros and Miltank also need the same thing, maybe a calf pokemon with an ambiguous, unknown gender? Azurill often switches genders on evolution, why not do it with other pokemon as well? Tauros has a high attack while miltank is more defensive, and a buffalo pokemon (that can either be male or female) if stats are equal would be nice.
