Ideas for New Pokemon v3

There has been a stag beetle (Pinsir) and a Hercules beetle (Heracross). What I'd like to see is a Goliath beetle. I think it should be either pure Bug, or Bug/Dark, because of its black and freakish white.

an entire termite colony. Each HP represents one individual ant.

it could have a huge HP stat and an ability that works like a bluit-in leftovers.

I want a Blue Jay type of pokemon that is Flying and Water type.

Hmh...it should be a Psychic/Flying type with some huge movepool due to the nature of its mimicry. In addition, it would naturally learn Mimic, of course, Mirror move, and a new move called Mock, which allows it to use any move on the old Pokemon as it so pleases as long as that Pokemon has already used it. Think of like an R/B/Y Mimic.

What connection do blue jays have to water? Besides, would a pokemon based on a bird (and one that flies) be part flying-type?

I want some inanimate object pokes, like voltorb things

a ditto type 'mon that imitates objects like trees, chairs, and cars. Its type could go along with the object its imitating

so a light would be electric, or a fire engine would be fire/water.

I'm kind of hoping for some new dragon and steel pokemon. Both have few weaknesses and most of the ones we have are really good pokemon.
I'd also like to see a penguin. ^_^ (Delibird just sucks as a penguin).

Yeah, I've heard of seedot, but I don't think that seedot was great I'd much rather have it evolve into a tree, or somekind of wildlife thing instead of a mutant goat bush.

Yeah, but it is fun to pass the time by making up your own pokemon.


Anyways, I would also like to see a cocunut pokemon, and a dolphin pokemon for sure. Another cool one would be a betta pokemon like the fish, it could be the equivalent to the first fish you can catch like magikarp.

This is something interesting, but there's a problem... coconuts come from palms trees, which sounds like a good option form an evolved for of a coconut pokemon. However, there's already a pokemon resembling a palm tree... it evolves from an egg, exeggutor!

Now, I have a peculiar idea for a pure three-stage Psychic type, a la Abra and Ralts...

It would chronicle the development of the various language facilities of the brain. It would start out being able to hear but not be able to make sense of anything it hear, and it would not be able to manipulate the articulations of its tongue and convey thoughts through speech. Upon its first evolution, it could interpret and make sense of language, but it would still not be able to express its own thoughts through speech. Then, come the next evolution, it would have fully capable linguistic abilities and able to understand and express throughts in myriad languages. It would have the uncanny ability to be able to learn a language over the course of a day or two (for some Pokedex fodder).

Glottauri -> Glottgona -> Glottlang

As for its merit as a battler, obviously it would get your Psychic moves. In addition, it could learn a smattering of additional attacks, especially those related to sound and the development of language. Mimic, Water Pulse, Supersonic, Hyper Voice, etc. However, it would also have a couple language-related moves, such as Translate, which would allow it to adopt the type of move that was last used against it (Psychic means single-typed again), Mimic to show how languages are learnt by children by listening to those around them, etc.

But of course it would get your Psychic staples of the elemental punches. However, I'm thinking that it should either of Thunderbolt or Ice Beam or some pernicious, damaging Dark move. Either way, I want it to get one of those.

Stats are high Special Attack and Speed, nothing to see here.

Speaking of bears, are there Koala Bears, in the game? None come to mind, so I think that would be cool.

No Koala's I can think of. Speaking of Austrailian Wildlife, A Kangaroo (FIghting/Normal or Fighting/Ground) Would be nice.

A Fighting/Flying Eagle Type: High Attack and Speed, Average HP/Defenses but Really lower than average Special Attack. Preferably three stage.

I was thinking of a raccoon pokemon that evolved into a giant panda. I know recent studies have proven that they are not related but it would still be cool. I also know that zigzagoon is a raccoon but it doesnt look like one besides the black stripe across its eyes.

A swordfish/marlin type Pokemon. A water type with high attack and speed.

This is one I had in my head since like three years ago.

It's a small creature. It has a round body like Jiggly Puff, short arms and stuff, it has a round puffy tail in the back. It's Purple, and covering it's head is a large mushroom. It's eyes are completley white.
I called it Discroom.
