If fall in love with the Pokemon Anime Soundtrack.

Does Pokemon have the best musical score ever? Now I know what you people are raving on about all the time...it's GENIOUS (well I got the Kanto score) but still I love it. I recommend you all to get the Kanto Soundtrack.

The arrangement and how they took the little that was on the Gameboy and transformed it was truly amazing.

I still don't like the lyrical songs though.

What pieces are your personal picks? I love to see what Dogasu and co pick. My fav without a doubt is the score:

Shouri no Badge, GETTO da ze! / Getting A Badge!
ugh the arangment is so perfect.

/rant.

Sorry but I have to say I love the Japanese score now.

blah Elric if you can edit the title as it was a spelling error on my part. "I've fallen in love with the pokemon anime soundtrack."

You gotta admit, the lyrical songs are catchy.
I've been collecting the Japanese Poke music(lyrical and orchestral) since 2004, and have not looked back.

As for actual Japanese eps and films, I have films 6 and 7, and a DVD with all the intros and end credits. I'd sell a limb to see 'Electric Soldier Porygon' though.;233;

Alright!
Ny personal favorite right now is Spurt. Really cool sounding, even if I can't understand the language. But it's kind of fun, you can make up your own lyrics^^.

I have to disagree with you, the game had a lot of great tunes. They're very memorable, especially looking at limited technology they had.

Lil Brother

Just kinda there.
*is listening to Rival! as he types this* Heh heh.

Yeah, the original music is much better than the stuff 4Kids produces. Actually, I take that back. The 4Kids stuff is good, but they only have a few dozen tracks and are always changing music every thirty seconds, so it's hard to appreciate it. The original is much better with it, and actually *gasps* introduces new music!

The Japanese show continued putting music from the games into the anime to the present, making it much more Pokémon-feeling.

And of course the lyrical songs. Oh good God, the lyrical songs. Some of my favorite songs ever. ^^ The only ones I don't really like are from the earlier Pikachu shorts. I can't seem to find the late Hoenn-early Battle Frontier stuff anywhere, so I'd love anyone who would PM a source to me. :D

Satan worshiper. :D *ka-shot or hurt or something*

Really though, do you not like it because it's in a different language? Because that's one of the more appealing parts of Japanese music to me. Probably because I love learning foreign languages...

I'm actually trying to translate a bunch of the Japanese songs for kicks, drawing from fan subs and the way I hear the songs.
So far, I've done 'Aim to be a Pokemon Master', 'Challenger', and 'Battle Frontier'.;384;

Where does one get (free) access to these songs?
I couldn't help but laugh. This sounds like a dig at the music downloading scandal.

Dude, you're not allowed to post links to those sites. That seems to be the rule, anyway. Remove it, please. :D

*PMs SUBRICK*

And I'm actually listenting to Type: Wild now. How bizzare. XD
Done. The link is gone, but the desire to have the music won't be, right?
