if gangs had pokemon

Manectric for electric power to jump-start cars for joyriding.
Smeargle to paint graffiti everywhere.
Perap so they can use it's Blabber move to make it learn offensive language.
Tyranitar to trash everywhere and to use against the Police.

I prefer the biker type of gangs. Their Pokemon is probably Fighting/Poison.

Team Magma/Aqua or whatever aren't really gangs IMO, but the bikers in FRLG defintely are, some of them talk about how they steal people's Pokémon and use them themselves. So I would say that they would have a lot of poison/dark types. And maybe a Gyarados because some of the bikers have it on the back of their jackets, if you look at their sprites.
