Mew is a pokemon that needs more then four slots of moves.

I'd just give it
-Flamthrower
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Earthquake
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Energy Ball

covers more types.

Moon Prism Power!
10 moves is too many, even for Mew. That'd be ridiculous. But maybe 5-6 slots is good?

Ten would make more than 100 pokemon unbeatable/uber.

no it wouldn't. it would just bump everything up. no pokemon would necessarily move up in respect to the others if ALL of them can learn 10 moves. if 100 random pokemon could learn 10 moves and the 393 others could only learn 4 then yeah... but if they can all use 10 moves there would still be NU/UU/BL/OU/ubers... just everyone can learn more moves so yeah, that doesn't really hold water.

Ten moves is a bit much. Personally, I think four is a good number...although there are times where I quickly think to myself "what would it be like if my pokemon could learn five moves?" and then I just realize that you can't have everything. Plus it requires people to formulate strategies.

You do know, even with 10 moves, you'll probaly only actually use like 4 or 5 on most pokemon. The rest would be situational.
