Bliss from Powerpuff Girl would be Electric/Psychic, Perry the Platypus from Phineas and Ferb would be Normal/Fighting and Danny Phantom would be Ghost/Fighting.

Syndrome I think would be better suited with the Electric type instead of Flying. The Electric typing suits better for symbolizing his technological skills and feats.
