if there was a game were you could choose a starter

well i was just thinking what would happen if game-freak desined a game were you would be able to have the starter pokemon as anything ,execpt legendaries, so post which pokemon you pokemon you would choose and why. you can choose from any game and no made up pokemon.

This is more of a poképoll that would fit the title "If you could choose a starter, what would you choose?" and in the first post, specify that you can't have any legendaries. This doesn't really have anything to do with the show.
