If you could create your own Pokemon RPG. What would it be like?

I've seen one or two threads that have to do with RPG's before, but I'm not sure if there're any like this.
Anyway, feel free to post any RPG ideas that you may have. Please stay on the concept though.

I would make the player choose its hero out of many.
And let the player choose the color of the eyes, hair type
and other stuff.

I would make the game where there are 16 gyms instead of the usual 8 (The new ones and the Hoenn ones) and pretty much have the two first games, then the single advanced version.

I would make one with more gyms like in G/S/C and more heros to choose.
Be able to catch every pokémon without events and trading.
And every game new regions.
