If so please tell use what you get,what you need nd what you can do?

can you get more than one celebi? is it one per game or person?

#1 You get Celebi of course, and the other twenty pokémon offered. You only need your game paks, advanced generation of course. You can join a tournament, optional, though I'm not sure what you are competing for. You have to check Pokemon.com for that.

#2 I believe it is one Celebi per game.

now I will be able to get a celebi in my rubt,sapphire,LG and emerald
