Just think how annoying a gym leader would be if you got Stealth Rock damage and each of your Pokemon were poisoned from Toxic Spikes every time you switched your Pokemon. Lanturn and Swampert can easily be switched in to hinder electric Pokemon. Grass types are still dangerous but Tentacruel can survive a hit and Starmie is faster than most of them and Focus Sash ensures it can attack at least twice before it's taken out.
