I would be one of those bosses you can face twice with control of the shadow origin (yes the secret first shadow pokemon) and the one to halt meddling kids. The two most powerful shadows. I would also have a pet shiny tauros for the first time which I fight with second time

Second Time:

I dont even like some of the pokemon (misdreavus, mightyena) but i would like to have that as a team. Imagine if Nintendo's next Orre game this happened and you were Cipher Boss.

I'd have Shadow Sableye, Shadow Matagross, Shadow Blaziken, Shadow Sceptile, Shadow Swampert, and Shadow Mewtwo.

Shadow Dustox [Lock-On, Zap Cannon] (later replaced by Scizor)
Shadow Raichu [Surf]/Togetic [Calm Mind]/Jirachi [Psycho Boost]

No double battling, and the Shadow Raichu, Togetic, and Jirachi would all be super-difficult to purify. The initial battle would feature the Surfing Raichu, and your second encounter would feature the revamped team alongside Shadow Togetic. The final confrontation would be a two-on-two with Shadow Jirachi and a Bellossom with all sorts of crazy moves to the point of being uber.
