If you were to change the stats or abilities of a Pokemon,What would it be?

Make sure the stats or abilities of a Pokemon are somewhat reasonable so no "Ill make Magikarp have 999 in each stat!" Ill start:
I think that Togekiss should be faster than 50 base speed,it looks like an airplane/dove so shouldn`t it be at least a bit faster?

I think Venusaur should have higher attack stats and chlorophyll and a lower speed stat. Venusaur already has high attacking stats, but it looks too slow for its speed stat, and looks like it could deal far more than base 82 attack or whatever it is.

I'd give Luvdisc a crap load of Special Attack so it might be able to do something

Give magikarp the highest sp.atk ever just to be mean.

Give Machamp base 70 Speed and take some out of Special Attack, since it doesn't need it AT ALL but has a fairly OK base 65.

Both of these would make the game stale. Variety in stats keeps it diverse. Also:

so no "Ill make Magikarp have 999 in each stat!"

Kingdra would be insane with more HP, and Ampharos would be cooler with slightly more Attack.

Togekiss IS faster than base 50 speed anyway. The base 50 stat is Attack, which it doesn't really need unless you are using a comical Hustle+Choice Band set. D:

I think Jumpluff should have more defenses tomake it even better!
I also think snorlax should have its defense stat switched with its special defense stat, it looks like it could take a lot of its from punches and other attacks,doesnt look like the special tank to me

I think clamperl should have higher defense than shellders,it says it has nooks and scratches on its shell, shellder can be drilled by an omastar

I would just change it so that depending on a Mawile's personality, it might face its opponent with its docile face instead of its jaw-horns and in that case have Cute Charm instead of Intimidate.

Groudon doesnt look like it can run very much(Looks weird in that PBR video when it attacks),so I think it can be changed to something like 80

if you want to be more like the manga then Deoxys should have the same kind of abilty as castforms being able to change form depending on the climate (example Sunny Day attack form). As it had in the manga
