ignored pokemon

List the most ignored pokemon:
doduo
koffing
horsea
phanphy
venonat and venomoth
wooper and quagsire
shuckle
and quilfish

ove mever heard ne one say that they are awsome or one of thier favorites. if one of these are to u please reply and they will be taken off the list. im not saying that no one likes them. ive just never heard anyone talk about how cool they are

I'm starting to wonder if anyone here can actually spell it properly...

Probably any of the middle evolutions of 3 stage pokémon, bar a select few. Most of them go unoticed because they're overshadowed by their cute prevo, or kick-ass evolution. I think the likes of Metang, Kadabra and Lombre are pretty decent examples.

And then you've got the really surreal looking one-stage pokémon like Dunsparce, Nosepass or Volbeat that many people seemed to be turned off by.

Nosepass is to R/S/E what Onix was to R/B/Y. Maybe it gets an evolution in D/P, who knows? =p

For me, the most overlooked are some of the weak single-stage pokémon, like Murkrow, Farfetch'd and Lickitung, or those things you don't even know why exactly are there, like Relicanth or Dunsparce.

(I can "proudly" say I can spell correctly every pokémon's name, even Phanpy =p I had some trouble with Wobbuffet until recently, but now i'm over it.)

Some pokemon aren't popular but are liked by some fans. You said about Shuckle. I met fans of Shuckle, on sppf. One dude had a name "King Shuckle" and said a lot about his shiny Shuckle.
Probably some pokemon are ignored because they are weak, they have bad stats or boring look, and people don't use them. Ditto for example. I have never seen Ditto in Teams.

on my LG after about 3 restarts now on the fourth im taking pitty on koffing as its in my team with charmander execute snorlax magnemite and seel also i feel people go for pikachu over the other electric types

i dont think pre-evos really count, cause tons of pre evos are ignored. i mean koffing and doduo were named, but they evolve into dodrio and weezing who are extremely useful and popular in the metagame. i think a true forgotten pokemon is one thats bad for whatever reason, but not so terrible its notorious. like luvdisc is famous for being atrocious, but what about pokemon that just kinda suck like murkrow or magcargo? some are redeemed by being cute like wigglytuff or cool looking like golem, but those who arent like nosepass or relicanth are just sorta left in the dust

I believe Remoraid and Octillery (IMO especially Octillery) are the most ignored. I didn't even remebered them lol.

I would not say that Shuckle is ignored at all. it is one of the most overrated Pokemon in existence. I have had many experiences, like when I tried to get a username for this forum I tried SHUCKLE, SHINEY SHUCLE, SHINING SHUCKLE, DARK SHUCKLE, SHADOW SHUCKLE, SHUCKLE BOY and even SHUCKLE GIRL and they were all taken so I had to use SHUCKLE MAN. I looked on the members list and it looks like SHINING SHUCKLE and SHUCKLE GIRL have been inactive (and taken off the members list) so I may be changing my user name. to SHINING SHUCKLE

i love quilava but yeah i understand how some mediums are ignored. like someone who knos little about pokemon is more likely to see a squirtle or blastoise instead of a wartorle

Tangela is very ignored, and so is Nosepass (although I can definitely see why >_>), Stantler, Magcargo, and Relicanth. As Gravy said, many of the second-stage starters are left in the dust too.
