<Aren't I cute?
I am doing some quote searching for the members of Cipher who are higher ranked than Peons, because I plan on using the quotes for fiction and so on, and also because I don't own a GameCube. I will edit the post with new quotes every time I am given some, so it might become a database of sorts. So, please help.

Eldes: You've finally managed to anger Master Greevil. I knew that someday I'd battle you....but this isn't the way I had hoped. If we battle, it will be unfufilling and without meaning. Will you challenge me knowing that?
Greevil: Code name XD001.....now freed of all adjustments, I present to you Shadow Lugia! This Lugia is the first of the Shadow Pokemon that cannot be purified. Now, let us celebrate the success of my Shadow Pokemon plan in advance! Fall prey to Shadow Lugia!
