Since I'm kinda new rate my work and tell me how to improve.
My steel re-element of Parasect (I messed up or the sizing):

A mix of Caterpie and Rayquaza:

A combination of Gary and Garydose(mispelled):

A mix of Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza:

On the dark Parasect, you should change the outlining and shading a bit to suit the new colors. Right now, it looks kind of weird.

On the Caterpie/Rayquaza, all you did was switch the head, which is never a good idea. Try something easier for your next mix.

On the Groudon/Kyogre/Rayquaza, some of the parts are messed up from being saved as GIF. Next time, be sure to always save your sprites as PNG unless you're transperizing, and be sure that the rip you're using has no GIF or JPEG "artifacts." On the mix itself, you need to reshade and reoutline the added parts so the sprite looks whole.

The dark Sharpedo is a big improvment. Try changing the shading a bit, since some parts look weird with the black.
