I'm looking for 386 versions explanation...

I play on PCs, and have just found a Emerald 386 version (Don't try to get it from me, I'm a Taiwanese visitor;249-d; ). I tried to get some of my favorite first generation Pokemons in the version, like bulbsaur;001;, it ain't easy, I wonder if Serebii can put out some information for this(If needed, I can help!). Plus, I wonder if Serebii can put some PC game's download on the site? Thank you!!!
