ok, I lost to Thug Zook in my first battle, I got called by that Nett guy, but they did not tell me to goto the outskirt stand and I cant battle zook again, what do I do?

Have you visited Nett(or was it Secc?) at the ONBS station yet? He should add the Outskirt Stand to your map and tell you to go there. All of this can be found in the serebii.net walkthrough, I believe.

yes, at the key lair, I am stuck. I battled zook, lost, got that phone call from nett and talked to them, but they didnt tell me anything about hordel and they outskirt stand, so I goto that interview with that ine girl. get a white herb, got back, talk to them and I still cant find anything about the outskirt stand. and I cant battle zook again, please help. I wanna battle Miror b. again.

Which person did you talk to? If you talked Secc(in the office near the right elevator on the 2nd floor), I can't help help you because he's the person you're supposed to talk to. If you talked to Nett(in the office on the roof), you just talked to wrong person. I remember I did the same thing untill I consulted my trusty Pokemon XD guidebook.

Are you absolutely sure you talked to Secc and not Nett? (Nett is on the roof, Secc is the first door on the second floor)
You're supposed to talk to Secc.

yes...I talked to nett, then I re-read the e-mail and it said secc, and i went to the second floor and so on, i just got inside the shadow factory aka cipher key lair, I video camera'd my battle with miror b.
