1.) You can't use custom avatars unless you are a mod. (Which you are not)
2.) Go to Quick links at the top of the page next to your log out button and hit "edit Signature" and put in whatever you want as long as it follows signature rules.
3.) Wrong forum. This shall be moved very soon, I assure you.
