I'm not so sure

I've got a team, I'm just not sure what moves. If anyone could suggest a few. NOTE: I only have access to one game (sapphire) so don't expect 25 leftovers.
Note #2: Swampert already knows surf and tropius knows fly. i need those two.

Swampert - Docile
Latias - Lax
Kyogre - Hasty
Absol - Serious
Tropius - Rash
Glalie - Gentle

What should i do.

Those natures are shit. Rebreed them to get better ones (obviously not for the legendaries).
