the new pokemon just arent living up to my expectations the only ones that are good are lucario,manene and manyula.i mean manafi?come on that better not be the mew of the fourth generation or im gonna be sick. and buoysel,perappu,and tamanta pretty underwhelming why would they come up with a sea weasel pokemon.i don't know maybe i'm over reacting or something i guess i'll just have to wait it out.

Um...I fail to see your point. What the hell is wrong with them? Also, Game Freak don't expect you to like all the Pokemon, and these are just the first lot revealed. I'm sure there'll be more interesting ones later on.

Plus Buizeru looks adorable and freaking cool - like a Water version of Quilava. Although Tamanta could have looked better, and Manene is freaky. Still, the rest are all cool - I can't wait to see some more. I'd suggest you stop moaning, the ride has only just begun!

Buoysel is the one pokemon I MUST get as a water pokemon when I play the game, I must have it, there's no question in my mind and I hope to god the american name WILL be Buoysel ... it just works so well for it.

I like most all of the fourth generation Pokemon. The only thing is that they have revealed too many baby Pokemon. Once they start releasing more, the interesting ones will be sure to pop up.

Thinking about it - no you're not. Manaphy is actually kinda cool, and I HATE Celebi's design. Hack, I find it cooler than Mew.

actually yes and kecleon is my favorite pokemon of all time so yes i'm pretty sure that counts as being in awe.

Eh, Tamanta's too cutified for my tastes. But I do like Perappu. I was expecting something like a hawk or falcon Pokemon. Wasn't expecting a parrot/toucan. And how can you not like Buoysel? It's awesome!

I couldn't agree more. But then, complaints like this arise every time a new game is just around the corner. Right on cue and as regular as clockwork.

Really, I think the only 4th generation pokémon revealed thus far that actually IS completely underwhelming is Tamanta.
Munchlax isn't too hot, but it's different enough to Snorlax to make it stand-out. Bonsly and Manene are actually pretty decent designs, despite the fact they're pre-evolutions. And the rest just get better from there.

Just to add: the only thing that would underwhelme me is if there's too many babies - at least evolutions have something to contribute, and hopefully this next batch of babies could give certain Pokemon chances to shine (c'mon Tamanta, give Mantine something!).

But obviously there's gonna be other completely new Pokemon lines too - and apart from evolutions, this id the part I'm anticipating.
