Okay, I got the HM dive from whiscash, and after the third time dying in the stormy sea dungeon, me HM suddenly disappeared! So now I can't go to stormy sea, which means I can't advance in the game! Is there some way I can get it back, or do I have to start a new game?

You can get a replacement in Solar Cave.

go to solar cave, and there is a replacement in a locked corridor.

In the Solar cave you can find you need a key and someone who can surf
I can't remember which floor it is on

You find it on one of the floors in solar cave i think it is the 5th floor

Another great place is Western Cave (if you have it), I just went thorugh the whole thing for training (Charizard is at Lv. 100 now!) and I found around 20 keys (I couldn't take all of them though).

and keys can be on any floor

Surf is ON THE 20'th FLOOR, YOU Need A Key.
You need a water pokemon or an Abra Or an Flying Pokemon (I dunno which ones cause an Alatria Didn't work for me)
And When you get Waterfall on the 15'th floor (Same Thing you need as surf) You get to go Waterfall pond you can recruit water pokemon.
And you have no worries If you level It up!
