I'm trying to find a game I played on Pokemon.com many moons ago (maybe 2003ish?)

It was about Scizor; I seem to recall it being in a forest and I think the objective was to click on it as it was swiftly moving in the background. I clearly remember hearing the Pokemon say its name over and over and over again.

Does anyone recall which game this would be?

Thank you in advance

It's unlikely that it was documented since both Macromedia Shockwave which was common at the time has long been been discontinued.

They’ve only been discontinued for about a year...

I’ll try to check the Wayback Machine later; they probably won’t have the game, but they may have details about it.

Ok, had a chance to look at this.

Pokemon.com was redone in mid-2002, going from a bright yellow & red color scheme to a more subdued pea-green color scheme. https://web.archive.org/web/20020722230946/http://pokemon.com/

They added a section for interactive online games as part of the site overhaul, but I can't find a link to the actual online games. https://web.archive.org/web/20020726141119/http://pokemon.com/GAMES/ The link was part of a Flash program the Wayback Machine couldn't crawl at the time. Here's confirmation that the Interactive Games section was a Flash program: https://web.archive.org/web/20030401152550/http://pokemon.com/GAMES/

Not sure how long Pokemon.com kept that layout; it looks like they only used that version of the site for a few months. By 2004 almost the whole site was Flash based. https://web.archive.org/web/20040322111318/http://pokemon.com/
