...and it's scary how Team Rocket is starting to sound so much like their 4kids counterparts. Jessie, James, and Wobbufet are pretty much dead on, but the other actors still need work. Who agrees?

I have to admit, James has a certain charm at some points when he talks, normally when he's calm.

well new Jessie has always been the voice that we can all agree sounded the most like the old, and as of now it seems that Meouth is doing good, sounds just like the old one only without that new jersy accent (which is sort of a good thing if you ask me) and ya Wobbafet sounds the same!

I'm baffled as to how you can say this. Brock sounds nearly identical to his old voice. May sounds very good as well. Max is...fine.
The only one who sounds vastly different than the old voice is Ash, but I've gotten so used to the new vocie that I don't mind it anymore. I do agree it makes him sound older...so...I guess it's somewhat of a step in the right direction.
