Imperial Decree (HP-on)

Crazy Weavile

Um... your nose OK?
My future deck, this is based on hitting the Bench. Empoleon is your main attacker, while Empoleon Lv. X provides an HP boost, a nice power, and an emergency attack if you have to use it.

Pokemon

x1 Empoleon Lv. X (DP)
x3 Empoleon (DP)
x2 Prinplup (DP)
x4 Piplup (DP)
x2 Manaphy (DP)
x3 Mudkip (CG#58)
x2 Marshtomp (CG#24)

Energy

x16 Water Energy

Trainers
x4 Celio's Network
x4 TV Reporter
x4 Island Hermit
x3 Professor Oak's Research
x3 Copycat
x2 PlusPower
x4 Rare Candy

Strategy: Get out an Empoleon, and sweep through your foe's bench before KOing their Active for game. Empoleon Lv. X is for use when you've got an Empoleon that's about to die- emergencies only. Marshtomp can work when you can't get an Empoleon out for one reason or another, and Manaphy is great in the early game, when you consider its ability to bring Piplups AND its tankish HP.

OMG, this is a great deck. But why put in the Mudkip and Marshtomp and no Swampert or try a combination of the Squirtle line, like 3 Squirtle, 2 Wartortle and a Blastoise from the Nationals (if you have one). But then you have to put in some extra energy's, like 19 or 20 in total. But that's just my opinion.

You're wasting a Piplup, for a start, and Marshtomp won't be strong enough against this format's (or next's) archetypes. You need to have Swampert somewhere in there if you're having the Mudkip line.

Good deck unless you go against a torterra deck then your almost certain to lose with their water resist and their super effective attacks against marshtop you'll have trouble being any torterra deck. Other then that its good.
