In emerald i know how to get feebas but the main problem is how do u evolve it. I heard that you win beuty contest but it seems unlike ruby and sapphire there replaced with the battle tents. now i just purchased my emerald but i need to know exactly how to evolve it step by step. do u use berries/pokeblocks i dont know..... PLEASE HELP.
