My stupid brother was fooling around with CCleaner and he practically destroyed everything,I can only access IE and the recycling bin,no programs,no folders,no CP and my screen colors have gone wild,please wat can I do?please

Sounds like you may have to reinstall Windows. It doesn't sound like he's deleted any system files though so you could be right and it'll only require reinstalling programs.

CCleaner also has an option to repair/clean out the registry.
He might have used it in that way.
Do you know what he did?

If you still have system restore, which hopefully still works and the service is still available, use that.

And try booting in Safe Mode and see if you can do things with that.

well,as mentioned earlir I cannot access my CP so I can't access SR,except if there is a way to do it through run

and safe mode,I have completely forgotten how to access that

You can access Safe Mode by pressing F8 before the Windows loading screen comes up when you turn your computer on.

You can try and access System Restore via MSConfig.. Start-> Run -> msconfig -> "Launch System Restore"- If that doesn't work, try it in safe mode after the methods above o:.
