I have recently obtained a shiny sneasel, so I was wondering what is a good in-game moveset moveset for weavile that does not use egg moves, or HGSS exclusive moves.

IVs are average, nature is Rash which shouldn't effect much.

I'm going to assume it will run a 4 HP ,252 Attack, 252 Speed EV layout.

I can't change what nature's my shinies have, it's either that or a neutral natured one with pathetic IVs. Neither Sp A, nor SP D are going to be used, so it may as well be neutral anyway. Thanks for the moveset though.

Brave isn't the best Nature but it isn't the worst either since it is still useable. I would probably go with a mixed attacker since it has a decent Special Attack too.

Use Qualot Berries to remove the Defense EVs. You may have to plant some to get a sufficient amount of them though. If Metagross isn't Level 100 you can just EV Train Metagross in Special Attack and Speed as you would normally EV Train a Pokemon. The Speed EVs are there for outspeeding max Speed Adamant Rhyperior so you can put them into Special Attack or HP if you feel you don't need the Speed EVs.

^ I think you mean Iron Head, and Iron Head is generally better ingame, as you don't have the abundance of dragons that you do in competitive.

Should I keep this Hidden Power?
I have recently bred a Modest, Magnet Pull Magnemite with very good ivs and found its Hidden Power to be DRAGON is it good enough and if not what is a good moveset to have without Hidden Power because Im not wasting a good Magnemite like this.

Is this a good moveset?
Thunderbolt and Flash Cannon for STAB, Substitute to block Status, Mirror Coat against special attackers and Tri Attack for neutral coverage.
