I was thinking about:
Porygon-Z @wise specs
Download
moves:
tri attack
Hidden Power-what type? I don't know how to get different types for the move
Thunderbolt
Nasty Plot
Please Help!

Darkhonchkrow, try this:

Porygon-Z@Wise Glasses
Download
Tri Attack
Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
Dark Pulse
Nasty Plot

Dark Pulse is for ghosts that are immune to Return. Pick Ice Beam or Thunderbolt, depending on what you want.

^Adaptability is a better trait. At least you get the boost every time. Download is only beneficial when the foe has lower SDef. And, IIRC, a Nasty Plot-Adaptability-Life Orb Hyper Beam OHKOes Blissey. The ultimate sponge

I need a good furret moveset.

Randomn00b's set from a few pages back:

Furret@Choice Band
Jolly (+Spd, -Sp. Atk)
Trait: Keen Eye
252 Atk, 252 Speed, 6 HP

Return
Trick
Sucker Punch
Ice Punch/Fire Punch

Brick Break, U-turn, or (if you have access to Platinum) ThunderPunch or Aqua Tail can go over Trick since ingame you probably don't want to lose your Choice Band. Double-edge gives you greater power than Return, but has recoil. ...Yeah, Furret is pretty useless.

That statement is dependent on when you use Porygon-Z. If you lead, Adaptability is better. If you can switch Porygon-Z on something that has low Sp. Def, then Download is essentially Adaptibility for everything move.

i was looking at the pok of the week and for my gliscor, it said that could use roost, but there would be a side effect, " some mild caution should be exercised however, since the loss of the flying type does expose Gliscor to Ground and Fighting moves." what does that mean. also, i am planning to use my gliscor in the bt, but he doesn't have the usual moves. what do you think?

eq
toxic, for the last resort move
night slash
and u- turn

i was also thinking about knock off since he is going to be a starter.
thoughts?

Gliscor loses its part Flying type on the turn that it Roosts.

Neutral Stab Earthquake=150
SE Night Slash=140

By the time that Gliscor ToxicStalls, it could have set up Triple Swords Dance and Baton Passed/Swept an entire team.

If you really want to use Toxic, go ahead. Swords Dance Sweeping Gliscor is much better, but it's your decision.

Need a rate for these:

Kyogre @ Wide Lens/Wise Glasses/Choice Specs/Metronome
Modest Nature
Ability: Drizzle
-Water Spout
-Blizzard
-Thunder
-Calm Mind/Ancient Power

Groudon @ Muscle Band/Metronome
Adamant Nature
Ability: Drought
-Eruption
-Earthquake
-Solarbeam
-Dragon Claw/Stone Edge

Rayquaza @ Life Orb
Naughty Nature
Ability: Air Lock
-Dragon Claw
-Flamethrower
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam

Just too many options for Rayquaza. Can't decide.

I decided not to go with smogon-oriented movesets.

Kyogre @ Wide Lens/Wise Glasses/Choice Specs/Metronome
Modest Nature

-Water Spout
-Blizzard
-Thunder
-Calm Mind/Ancient Power
Considering it's ingame, use Specs. It's alright otherwise. Also, don't use Calm Mind if you do.

Groudon @ Muscle Band/Metronome
Adamant Nature
Ability: Drought
-Eruption
-Earthquake
-Solarbeam
-Dragon Claw/Stone Edge
Special moves on Groudon? Well, it's ingame... use Muscle Band. Maybe use Dragon Claw and Stone Edge, and ditch Solarbeam.

Rayquaza @ Life Orb
Naughty Nature
Ability: Air Lock
-Dragon Claw
-Flamethrower
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
It's alright. (I'd like if there was more physical attacks, but Rayquaza just works with Special attacks.)

Changed Groudon:

Groudon @ Choice Band/Muscle Band
Adamant Nature
Ability: Drought
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Brick Break/Aerial Ace/Shadow Claw/Swords Dance

How about this then?

Really good now. Pick your last move and go for it. ^_^

Rayquaza @ Life Orb
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
~ Dragon Dance
~ Dragon Claw / Outrage
~ Earthquake
~ Overheat

Kyogre @ Leftovers
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
~ Calm Mind
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
~ Thunder

Scarfed Modest Kyogre with Water Spout > Calm Mind works too.

Groudon @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Sp. Atk)
~ Swords Dance
~ Earthquake
~ Stone Edge
~ Fire Punch

After Swords Dance, Earthquake OHKOs anything that doesn't resist it with the possible exception of extraordinarily bulky Pokemon like Suicune and Hippowdon (both of which are virtually nonexistent ingame). Fire Punch comes from either Emerald or Platinum and hits Bronzong, Tangrowth, etc.

Btw a general note about ingame is that if you have high levels and strong moves, you will win. Therefore it doesn't really matter what moves are on ubers ingame, since they are banned from the Battle Tower and thus their only use is killing random ingame Pokemon.

Jumpluff@Heat Rock
Jolly (+Spd, -Sp. Atk)/Hasty ((+Spd, -Def)
Trait: Chlorophyll
252 HP, 252 Speed, 6 Def

Sleep Powder
Sunny Day
U-Turn
Solarbeam

Yes, I am obsessed with Sunny Day teams xD

Jumpluff's atk and sp.atk are very low. Personally, I don't think it should be given any damage-inducing moves at all.

Jumpluff @ Heat Rock/Salac Berry
Jolly Nature
Ability: Chlorophyl
-Sleep Powder
-Sunny Day
-Synthesis/Protect/Double Team
-Toxic

I don't know.

I'm trying to change my grass and water types for my team, so I came up with Milotic for water, and I'm still undecided about grass (I might stay with Roserade, but any other suggestions would be great).

Milotic @ Leftovers
Modest Nature
Ability: Marvel Scale
-Aqua Ring
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Mirror Coat
