If you can't 0HKO Azelf, you've got no chance in hell.

Why is everyone so desperate for Shadow sneak. It's useless. So is Shadow Punch. The only reason to attack with Dusknoir is that a small Ev investment 0HKOs non-bulky Gyara.

Highly recommanding Life Orb because you can just rest and recover the HP that was lot by using Life Orb. You might want Ice Punch (for the Salamence-4x you said) or Rock Slide (for Salamence- 2x you said and Fire types) over Earthquake because Earthquake do not hit Salamence.

Yes. It has just enough Atk to 0HKO* salamence as well as max defence with the rest in HP.
*I think. Might be a 2HKO.

It never says the opponent Metagross's Atk, EVs, and what item it was holding. Salamence can max out its attack, and 1HKO your Metagross if you max its attack out. If you're planning to stay alive from Salamence's attack, you better max out its HP, which is the most important to max out if you have Rest.

Yes, that's a good set. I'd go with Shadow Ball for last slot and maybe Focus Blast over Calm Mind as Fighting + Ghost hits everything neutral at the least. Max out HP, 196 SpA, and the remaining in Spe.

Excuse me, did you read the rules? If you're posting ONE pokemon, post it in the Single Rates. If you're post the WHOLE team, make post of your own. And for the EVs, you don't just say what they are trained in. List the actuall EVs. Timid (-Atk, +Spe) is not a good nature for Ho-Oh if you're using it for physical sweeper.
