I only put 220 Spd, as it only needs 352 to beat Tauros and Gengar in Competitive, so i can put the remaining EV's usually used for Speed into
HP, and then 252 S.Atk, which is standard S.Atk EV's if i'm not mistaken. With the set, its basically sweep and recover when needed, but i shouldn't have to tell you that

Ok, with the Ev's i put 252 atk, considering its base 130 Atk, and 200 S.Atk so Overheat can have something to run off. A little bit extra in S.Def for "just in case" reasons, and the rest in HP.
Basically w/Flareon, I want to send it out, Return/Shadow Ball, Quick Attack I think, as it is outspeeded by almost EVERYTHING. Good Skarm counter, Overheat has enough to 2KO Skarmory

EV's need 252 Atk and Spd, so it can have max Belly Drum, and Meteor Mash will do some damage. Softboiled for after the attack, as its HP should let it survive, and i think T-Wave instead of Return, as it status but then again, return gives STAB.
