I dunno. Seems kinda useless, but I like it for some reason. Maybe something else over Aromatherapy? Can't get HP:Bug ingame, so I am open to replacements and/or suggestions.

Hmmm. Return on Fearow is good, except over Quick Attack. Ingame it isn't that useful. I'm gonna keep Counter on Blastoise, and what about this for the EV spread of Tangela:

36 HP/ 252 S.Atk/ 116 Spd/ 60 Def/ 44 S.Def

A Pseudo-passing Cleric. Use spore to set up Light Screen. It's a shame it can't get Reflect anymore like RGBY :<

Capture-sect. Great for getting the wild. They should make a Sweet Scent Move Tutor (as it was a GSC TM). Thus Parasect could get the normally illegal combonation of False Swipe/Sweet Scent.

I LOVE Parasect!!! It's my favorite Kanto Bug Type, so I'm pretty biased when it comes to sect XD

Tangela's Evs are a bit off. It doesn't need SDef.
Evs: 36 HP / 52 Def / 168 Spd / 252 SAtk @ Modest

Hypno's are meh too;
Evs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SDef @ Calm

Quick Attack and Return on Fearow are fine. Loosing out on Return's STAB was a bit lol.
