Star doesn't seem to work too well on this team, so considering Claydol over this for spinner, as well as for a reliable rock resist.

testing Hydro Pump on this, and it works, since Sui**** can actually afford to miss a few times with its godly defenses, and Sleep Talk makes up for HP's low PP.

dynamo, I'm using max hp on Starmie to be able to switch into DDMence and stuff better; I don't need to outspeed Gengar, since no one would risk switching in Gengar into Star to block spin anyway, as Surf 2hkos and T-bolt doesn't ohko Starmie. Plus, most Gengars use max speed ._.

Gengar should be using around ~330, unless you want to miss out on 20 Attack or SAtk EV's, not counting that Starmie is everywhere.

I like 336 speed on starmie, it outruns 330 gengar, tar after one dd, and duggy that are 334 speed.
